Paving the Way

In the wake of our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting, Pastor Zach shares a bold vision for the future of our church that moves beyond mere maintenance and into missional growth. By examining the familiar story of Jesus feeding the 5,000, we discover that our response to God’s calling is often trapped between the "realism" of Philip and the "hesitation" of Andrew. However, when we move from a mindset of fear to a mindset of faith, we realize that God doesn’t present us with needs because He is broke, but because He wants to expand our capacity to trust Him. This message launches our "Paving the Way" campaign—a commitment to leveling the "rough ground" in our own backyard to create a straight highway for our community to encounter the life-transforming power of Jesus Christ.
